Havenix is a modern, elegant real estate platform designed to make finding and buying a home feel personal, calming, and efficient. With a focus on stress-free property discovery, the experience blends storytelling, trust-building, and visual clarity to guide users from browsing to booking a tour.

Project Overview

In this project, my role was to redesign the existing desktop landing pages to improve usability and appeal. I worked closely with stakeholders and end‑users to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

Research & Discovery

I began with user interviews and competitor analysis to uncover the key issues.

Ideation & Sketching

I sketched out initial wireframes and explored various interaction models.

Prototyping

I built interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, iterating based on feedback.

Testing & Refinement

User testing provided insights that helped me refine the design further.

Final Outcome

Havenix showcases the power of editorial-inspired UX in real estate. By leading with clarity, trust, and a human-first approach, the platform turns a daunting process into a calming, design-led experience.

  • Expand Filters: Consider bedroom/price filters for power users.
  • More Dynamic Content: Testimonials carousel or social feed integration.
  • Accessibility: Add captions/transcript to video block for better A11Y support.
  • CTA Visibility: Slight enhancement to search input affordance for quick access.
